6 MONTHS AND 6 YEARS!

IT'S HARD TO BELIEVE I HAVE A 6 MONTH OLD. IT FEELS LIKE YESTERDAY I WAS GIVING BIRTH TO THE 9 LB 6 OZ BOY. HE IS MY ENTIRE WORLD. I LOVE BEING HIS MOM AND PRAY THAT I AM DOING A GOOD JOB.

THIS LITTLE BOY LIGHTS UP OUR LIFE. HE PUTS A SMILE ON ANY ONE'S AND MOST EVERY ONE'S FACE INSTANTLY. HIS CHUBBY CHEEKS ARE SOMETHING YOU JUST WANT TO MUNCH ON.

HIS ROLLY POLLY THIGHS ARE IRRESISTIBLE TO SQUEEZE.

HE HAS TWO BOTTOM TEETH, AND WHEN HE SMILES YOU CAN SEE THEM. IT IS QUITE ADORABLE.

HE SITS UP ON HIS OWN AND WHEN HE FALLS OVER, HE DOES THESE MINI CRUNCHES CAUSE HE MUST SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING AROUND HIM.

HE IS INCHES AWAY FROM ROLLING FROM HIS BACK TO HIS STOMACH. I KEEP TELLING MYSELF 21 LBS IS HARD TO ROLL.....

HIS LAUGH MAKES US LAUGH AND IS SO SWEET.

HE GROWLS LIKE A LITTLE BEAR.

HE CARESSES OUR FACES AND PLAYS WITH OUR HAIR. HE LOVES HIS DADS CURLS.

HE IS MAYBE? STARTING TO LIKE PEOPLE FOOD?

I JUST LOVE THAT HE IS OURS FOREVER! AND I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW BLESSED I AM TO HAVE SUCH A SWEET BABY BOY!

CHRIS AND I HAD A CONVERSATION LAST NIGHT ABOUT HIM GROWING UP.

TO GROW UP MEANS LESS PROTECTION. HOW DO WE PROTECT OUR CHILDREN FROM THIS EVER GROWING WICKED WORLD? WE HOPE TO STAY CLOSE TO THE ROD.

ALL WE CAN DO IS BE THE BEST PARENTS FOR OUR CHILDREN.

HAPPY 6 MONTHS BABY BEAR!

ON TO THE 6 YEARS....... CHRIS AND I ARE CELEBRATING OUR ANNIVERSARY THIS THURSDAY! I BELIEVE THIS YEAR WILL BE THE BEST YEAR EVER! WE HAVE HAD GOOD YEARS AND NOT SO GOOD YEARS, BUT THROUGH THESE YEARS WE HAVE GROWN MORE STRONGER AND CLOSER TOGETHER!

THE YEARS JUST KEEP GETTING BETTER AND BETTER!

I GROW TO LOVE THIS MAN MORE AND MORE EVERYDAY. HE IS SUCH AN AMAZING HUSBAND AND A REMARKABLE FATHER. I COULD NOT ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE!

I THOUGHT WHEN I MARRIED HIM I WAS IN LOVE. HELLO! WHAT WAS I THINKING. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH MORE AND KNOW WITHOUT A DOUBT THAT OUR LOVE WILL CONTINUE TO GROW STRONGER AS THE YEARS GO ON. HE IS MY ROCK AND MY INSPIRATION, AND DEFINITELY MY BETTER HALF....HAVE YOU SEEN HOW HANDSOME HE IS?? LOL!!

LOVE YOU HONEY! THANKS FOR MARRYING ME! I AM TRULY BLESSED!

CUT SHORT........

my sweet baby and i went to florida last week. he was such a perfect angel on the way out there. we sat in the middle of two men...which when we told them we were sitting in between them i think they thought 'oh great a baby'. when we landed the one on my left said he was the coolest baby he had ever sat by. seriously he never made a sound.

dean started to not feel well, probably the next day we got there. it was sad, he has never been sick. i mean like really sick. my friend i was staying with rocks. she is a nicu nurse and has two children of her own. so we were in good hands.

his cold and cough started progressing and my friend thought it might be RSV. well needless to say by sunday we took him to the er and it was confirmed. i got sick with a cold on saturday. we thought it would be best to come home.

we thank our friends for their hospitality and look forward to seeing them again...all 3 of us. i feel for single parents and spouses that are workaholics. taking care of a sick baby by yourself is hard. good thing i have an awesome friend that helped me and got up with him through the night. thanks meg!
