Feeling Better.

I am feeling much better!

Horray!

CUT SHORT........

my sweet baby and i went to florida last week. he was such a perfect angel on the way out there. we sat in the middle of two men...which when we told them we were sitting in between them i think they thought 'oh great a baby'. when we landed the one on my left said he was the coolest baby he had ever sat by. seriously he never made a sound.

dean started to not feel well, probably the next day we got there. it was sad, he has never been sick. i mean like really sick. my friend i was staying with rocks. she is a nicu nurse and has two children of her own. so we were in good hands.

his cold and cough started progressing and my friend thought it might be RSV. well needless to say by sunday we took him to the er and it was confirmed. i got sick with a cold on saturday. we thought it would be best to come home.

we thank our friends for their hospitality and look forward to seeing them again...all 3 of us. i feel for single parents and spouses that are workaholics. taking care of a sick baby by yourself is hard. good thing i have an awesome friend that helped me and got up with him through the night. thanks meg!

My Mother's Home......

I love how my mom decorates.

she has great taste....i think.

i love when i get to visit and see

what new decorating she has done.

a few weeks ago i received these pictures.

i was blown away! she shops at thrift stores,

sews her own pillows and drapes, paints and

textures walls herself. i just think she has a

great eye...and a degree in interior design!
i can't wait to have a home of my own to

one day have a house like hers....with of

course my own pizazz!!

what i am loving...........

dean, of course, he is getting so big and changing by the second. he rolls, feeds himself, found his feet, likes to suck on his toes, and is so jibberish. i love this little boy!

my apartment. i have been doing some re-decorating lately and organizing. i am pretty sad i have to start packing in 2 months. YIKES!

my hair! it's getting longer...i am loving that, but not so much the fact that it is falling out. hope i still have some by the end of the month!!

my vanity. i turned a desk that wasn't be used to it's best potential and now it is MY vanity!

the snow is melting!

my clarisonic. i recommend it 100%!

and my valentine! i am so proud of him. he is such a hard worker.....he now teaches spin. something i have wanted him to do forever! now if he will just get that minor in Spanish. {inside joke...for those who know! LOL}

i am not loving that i have to wear my glasses for another 4 WEEKS!!! UGH!

well we did some projects.
and i really like how they turned out.....

oh and baby D rolled today...all by himself and now does it every time we put him on his tummy!

Yeah he is getting so big....

(i just need to teach him to roll from back to tummy now)
