projets for snowy days......

it has dumped snow here lately, so i got some projects done!

redecorated, reupholstered, did some sewing, and other odds and ends...

4 months!

my little boy turned 4 months on the 20Th. he is such a good little boy! we feel so blessed to have him in our family.

he weighs 19lbs 11ounces.

he almost sits up by himself.

he splashes in the bath.

he is so jibberish...it's so cute...

in the morning when i go to check on him he is wide awake and looking around.

he smiles at everyone.

he sleeps in his crib....used to wake up once a night, but since his shots he has waken up more.

he eats 6 ounces every 3 to 4 hours.

he gets to have rice cereal next month!

he makes noises with his mouth and blows bubbles.

he loves to cuddle with his mama and dad!

we love him so much! thanks for changing our lives little boy!

back at home....

we are back! after 5 weeks of being in Utah, we made it back to our apartment in Connecticut. it was a very long, eventful vacation. we saw much family and friends, we shopped, ate out, and much needed injectables and laser treatments. got some facials, watched some movies, and met some special people for the first time. Had a baby blessing, a first new years kiss, and a loss in the family. found out 4 people are pregnant, got a new hair color, and traveled many miles. gained some weight, lost some weight, and grew out of 3-6 month clothes!

We are glad to be back in our beds and a grateful to all the people we saw and helped us out while in Utah.

Now at home school is about to start, baby is sleeping in his crib, almost feeding himself, and i am getting anxious for another little one. housework is piling up, scripture study is lacking, and i am ready to start fresh next week!

Happy weekend! I need to recover from my vacation....I am excited for Monday!

A Special Day for Dean

Dean was blessed on January 2, 2011 by his dad. Chris did such a good job. I was so grateful for all the love and support by our family and friends that came to the special event. The blessing was held at my Mom's home. It was perfect!

Thanks to my mother- in -law and Mom for all the yummy food.

We love you Dean!
